I was visiting Northbourne this week and witnessed the reception team taking great care of a lady who was having problems in the reception area with a broken down mobility scooter. Their care went above and beyond the call of duty. Well done Northbourne!!!

This is the practice which everyone used to praise in Shoreham. But murmurings of discontent are getting slowly louder. As a previous poster said, they just 'stir the pot' endlessly. Half hearted consultations, followed by lengthy referrals which they know will basically get you nowhere. And woe betide you if you ask any tricky questions! Constraints on the NHS are really no excuse for treating patients like fools.

The GPs here would be saddened to think a patient considered their consultation to be half-hearted.
